What are the main features of Gold,  our account management/ongoing retained product?


It’s our non-recruitment service meaning we offer expertise on how to tackle your recruitment but you are under no obligation to us to hire. There are main services that we offer as part of this solution;

  • Recruitment and market consultancy – We offer advice on how to hire the best talent given the parameters you are operating in. We will walk you through which ATS and job boards to use and provide you with data and insights designed to help you understand more about the decisions you need to take to successfully identify, attract and keep talent
  • We will also train you on how to identify AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud, Digital Analytics and Programmatic talent using Boolean and other types of search. We will provide you with insights on how best to use platforms like Linkedin to find the right talent

A full-time secondment: We are able to provide full-time project team in the form of a Consultant or Account Manager who will come onsite at your offices or virtually and run/support your recruitment activities for a specific period of time (normally 3, 6 or 12 months).
