Our client, a FinTech company, is seeking to grow their team by hiring an experienced Customer Data Platform Developer (CDP). Their core focus encompasses Payments, Banking Tech, Insurtech, Capital Markets Tech and Regtech. This business offers a collegial and entrepreneurial environment and rewards staff with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals and clients. They are looking for a skilled CDP Developer with proficiency in Redpoint, Snowflake, and Salesforce CRM. In this position, your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven solutions aimed at improving customer engagement and data management capabilities. Your main objective will be to utilize the Redpoint CDP platform to execute marketing strategies and create personalized customer experiences.

CDP Developer Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy the Redpoint CDP to centralize customer data, fostering a comprehensive 360-degree view of customer interactions
• Define data integration requirements, oversee extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, and uphold data quality and consistency
• Craft and maintain tailored solutions within the Redpoint CDP, supporting marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization initiatives
• Establish and manage streamlined data pipelines, facilitating smooth data flow across the organization
• Customize and expand the functionalities of the CDP to align with specific business requirements
• Monitor and enhance campaign performance, offering recommendations for optimizations
• Guarantee accuracy and make modifications to existing and future data models to maintain the highest levels of precision

CDP Developer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Capability to work with APIs for seamless integration of the CDP with other marketing, CRM, and data systems
• Proficient in data integration, ETL processes, and data transformation
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with Redpoint, Salesforce, and Snowflake is advantageous
• Proficiency in data modeling and process alignment
• Understanding of customer engagement, marketing, and data management
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices
• Experience with other Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, SAP CDP, Hightouch CDP, Rubberstack CDP, or similar platforms is a plus
