Client Enablement Lead (Technical/Consulting – Adobe Experience) – United Kingdom – Up to £80,000 + Benefits

Overview

About

Our Partner was founded in 2010 to solve a problem other agencies were ignoring: broken analytics setups that blocked better customer experiences. We’ve grown steadily since then and are now, 50 people strong, operating across the UK, EU, US, and Australia. They’re part of a larger Group, but still run as an independent-minded team focused on building things that work. Most of their growth has come from client referrals.

Within this role

You’ll lead delivery across tagging, analytics, insight, and testing, typically anchored in the Adobe ecosystem, but expanding into data architecture, journey orchestration, and connected decisioning.

You’ll work directly with senior clients, usually leads in analytics, experimentation, or marketing. You’ll hold the roadmap, shape the approach, and be the reason they trust us. You’ll also guide internal priorities and keep your Client Services Director focused on the next conversation worth having.

You’ll work hands-on, but over time the challenges you face will shift broader and more strategic.

What you’ll actually do

You’ll lead client delivery across tagging, analytics, reporting, and experimentation, centred on web analytics but extending into cross-channel data inputs and connected experiences.

We need someone who can:

• Run Adobe Analytics implementations and fixes
• Configure and govern Adobe Tags setups
• Translate messy business needs into clean technical requirements
• Manage tagging, reporting, CRO, and insight workstreams
• Pull in specialists and engineers as needed
• Track what’s happening, what’s next, and what matters most

And also:

• Build segments and dashboards in Adobe Analytics, GA4, and CJA
• Spot tagging or schema issues early
• Propose upstream and downstream fixes
• Sense-check data design and its impact on testing or activation
• Write up progress clearly and push stuck conversations forward

Who you’ll work with

You’ll be supported by the COO and broader leadership team, while acting as the anchor for your accounts – owning direction, delivery, and day-to-day client contact.

You’ll work alongside engineers, analysts, CRO specialists, and journey architects, bringing the right people in at the right time while holding the bigger picture. Weekly planning, technical support, and strategic coaching are all baked in.

Location:

Home-based (remote), with monthly meet-ups expected at our Kings Cross office (Thursdays) and fortnightly meetups encouraged.

Salary:

Up to 80k plus bonus and benefits
