CRO Analyst – London – Hybrid – 40-45k and benefits – A/b Testing /Google Optimize 360

Overview

Our client, a special interest content and platform company with over 1,000 people across eight divisions are looking for a CRO Analyst to join their team. They own and operate some of the best-loved brands in the UK and they focus on special interest markets, engaging over 75 million global passionate consumers each month.

The CRO Analyst Role:

As a CRO Analyst, you will run and implement the programme of A/B testing across digital channels to improve the overall product experience across user journeys to drive KPIs including engagement & conversion. You will report to the User Insight lead, and work collaboratively with user experience, product, and analytics teams to develop and deliver on our product strategy.

As a CRO Analyst, you will;

  • Build test hypotheses, create, and manage testing plans
  • Carry out, monitor, and analyse experiments
  • Encourage iterations on completed tests and help to bring successful new features to the website / App
  • Continually enhance the testing framework, driving efficiencies to increase both the quality and quantity of testing completed, and the standardisation of the process
  • Promote A/B testing best practice, including troubleshooting and spotting issues with test set-ups, making sure current tracking implementations are correct
  • Train and up skill team members on A/B testing tools
  • Drive engagement with A/B testing, and look for opportunities to grow the scope of A/B testing in the wider business
  • Use data and insight to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and trends to help identify key points for optimisation

Requirements

  • 3+ years A/B Testing experience including an in-depth knowledge of testing theory and approaches (Split, MVT, SEO etc)
  • Experience in A/B Testing tools such as Google Optimize 360, Optimizely, or similar
  • Knowledge of front-end programming including HTML, CSS or JavaScript
  • Experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience in segmentation/persona-based analysis
  • Experience of working with or within a user experience, customer insight team and/or a product team or function
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive communicator, can-do attitude
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of the media industry and media research
  • Skilled at working collaboratively across different functions and teams and able to influence a range of stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Experience of working with or within a digital marketing team or function
  • Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg)

Salary: 

£40,000 – £45,000
