Data Insights Engineer – Europe / Remote – Digital Analytics Consultancy – Up to €50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth, highly respected digital consultancy that’s redefining how data is collected, activated, and turned into strategic value. They’re now looking for a Data Insights Engineer to play a key role in building data pipelines, transforming raw GA4 data into meaningful insights, and working hands-on with BigQuery, SQL, and modern data stack tools like dbt and Airflow.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyzing GA4 event-level data in BigQuery to surface behavioural trends, conversion insights, and funnel performance
• Writing advanced, performant SQL queries to transform and model customer and product data
• Designing and maintaining ETL pipelines for structured and semi-structured data
• Building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to deliver clear, compelling insights
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams (marketing, product, and growth) to define KPIs and tracking strategies
• Working on projects involving dbt, Apache Airflow, and data activation through CDPs

 What You’ll Bring:

• 2–5 years' experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a hybrid role
• Deep working knowledge of GA4, BigQuery, and SQL
• Experience building dashboards and translating raw data into business-ready insight
• Familiarity with ETL frameworks and orchestration tools (e.g. dbt, Airflow)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bonus if you have experience with CDPs, APIs, Python, or stream processing
