Purpose of the Role

As a Delivery Consultant at Digital Republic Talent, you will play a key role in connecting exceptional digital and data talent with leading organisations. By building strong candidate networks within your specialist market, you will identify, engage and match high-quality professionals to contract and permanent opportunities. Through proactive sourcing, market mapping and relationship building, you will help deliver outstanding talent solutions while providing valuable market intelligence that supports the growth of our clients and business.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines within your specialist vertical market
• Identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates through advertising, headhunting and referrals
• Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn and Bullhorn to source and manage candidates
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates who may not be actively job-seeking
• Screen applications, conduct candidate interviews and create high-quality shortlists for clients
• Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, benefits and career opportunities
• Provide feedback and support to candidates following interviews
• Share market insights, hiring trends and candidate intelligence with 360 and Business Development teams
