As a Digital Analytics Lead you will be responsible for:

DATA COLLECTION

  1. Data layer strategy, design and implementation
  2. Tag management strategy, deployment and maintenance
  3. Analytics strategy, implementation and insights support

DATA ACTIVATION

  1. Conversion rate optimisation strategy, execution, and insights support
  2. Personalisation strategy, execution, and insights support
  3. Marketing automation across all digital customer touchpoints

We guide our clients onto a digital maturity path to ensure they get the greatest value from their data set by removing any inefficiencies or uncertainties around accuracy.

As a Digital Analytics Lead you will:

As a Digital Analytics Lead you will report to the Client Services Director, who will support you on all client tasks as required. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the overall direction for those clients across the Data Activation and Collection service strands
  • Being the primary interface for our clients running their Analytics, CRO and Personalisation programmes predominantly via Adobe Analytics
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements
  • Manage the client delivery of tasks related predominantly to Data Collection:
  • Creating requirements documentation
  • Creating detailed solution design reference documents
  • Building implementation plans
  • Configuring the Properties/Views
  • Working with the internal and external team members to manage the implementation process
  • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time
  • Supporting the development team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard
  • Creating segments and calculated metrics to ensure all reporting requirements are met
  • Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage
  • Support the client delivery of tasks related to Data Activation:
  • Building testing plans
  • Building implementation plans
  • Creating segments to better target and analyse data
  • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time.

Digital Analytics Lead, skills and experience:

  • 2+ years Digital Analytics experience
  • 2+ years Adobe Analytics
  • 1+ year managing client accounts
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides (or equivalent)
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Sense of humour

Salary and benefits

We will offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with your skills and experience. We also offer a company performance bonus scheme, which, as part of a small team, you will be able to directly influence.
