Digital CDP Manager – Analytics Consultancy – $140,000 – $160,000

Lead the technical architecture and execution of our Customer Data and Analytics platform within the Digital Technology organization. This role will spearhead the development and execution of the technology roadmap for our customer data and analytics platform.Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership by identifying and promoting best practices and emerging concepts in data management and analytics.
- Knowledge Dissemination: Educate technology personnel on best practices, including governance models and frameworks.
- Solution Ownership: Take ownership of initiatives to define, design, and implement the customer data platform solution. This includes developing reference architectures, estimating project costs, and overseeing implementation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical design documents, architecture review board presentations, reports, and other relevant technical artifacts.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation, architecture, and ongoing support of the customer data and analytics platform.
Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, which must include project or program management.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in driving business case development, involving both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Demonstrated experience of at least three (3) years in database design principles, modern ETL principles, BI/visualization tools, staying current with Big Data trends, and integrating with SaaS applications.
- A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with at least one major CDP vendor, such as Adobe RTCDP, Blueconic, Tealium, Salesforce, or a similar platform.
- A minimum of two (2) years of in-depth experience with a web analytics platform, with proficiency in either Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
