Digital Media Manager – Expanding Digital Media Agency – Central London / Hybrid – £50,000 – £55,000 + Benefits

Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to plan, build, and execute integrated digital media programs for key clients. In this role, you will deliver core client programs with a strong focus on paid search and other critical marketing channels, while working closely with clients to continually optimise performance and drive growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with account teams to consistently deliver beyond client expectations
- Act as the primary client-facing digital media expert on key initiatives
- Support and mentor members of the digital media team, offering coaching and development opportunities
- Own the planning, execution, and ongoing management of integrated digital media campaigns across multiple channels
- Oversee multiple client programs, ensuring alignment with agreed goals and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand digital media strategies in line with evolving client needs
- Deliver continuous performance analysis across paid search and display campaigns, including regular and ad hoc reporting to internal stakeholders
- Support client calls by providing technical campaign insights and strategic recommendations
- Help define and document the agency’s perspective on digital media strategy and campaign opportunities
What You Bring:
- An experienced digital media professional with 5+ years of experience across paid search, social, and display, paired with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proven ecommerce or B2C experience, including hands-on involvement with Shopping and or Performance Max campaigns
- Experience managing high-budget digital media campaigns, particularly within multi-channel ecommerce or retail environments
- A technically confident marketer with deep knowledge of digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads and others, as well as analytics tools such as GA4 and bid management platforms like Acquisio, Kenshoo, Media Optimizer, Marin and DoubleClick. Relevant certifications are a strong advantage
