Combining innovative technology, advanced data capabilities and creative expertise, the team develops integrated campaigns designed to engage customers across multiple digital touchpoints.
They are now looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join their growing performance media team.
Responsibilities
- Develop your expertise across biddable and performance media, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports covering paid media channels and campaign performance.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and external partners.
- Provide ongoing analysis and monitoring of Paid Search and Display campaigns, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Build, launch, optimise and maintain campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest and other platforms.
- Conduct search ad copy and banner testing to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword, placement and market research to support new and existing campaigns.
- Support conversion tracking implementation alongside the Marketing Science team.
- Learn how to traffic campaigns through CM360 and develop a strong understanding of Google Analytics.
- Perform thorough QA on campaign setup and following campaign launches.
- Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and against agreed budgets and objectives.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and/or Video campaigns.
- Previous experience within a performance media or digital agency environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance and the ability to explain actions taken to improve key KPIs.
- Experience contributing to client relationships, strategy and presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill information into clear, relevant messages for different audiences.
- Experience using third-party bid management platforms such as DoubleClick, Kenshoo or similar technologies.
- Ability to build campaign structures within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads based on client requirements and search best practices.
- Ability to pull campaign reports and provide meaningful insights and observations on performance.
- Experience accurately tracking and maintaining budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms.
- Ability to provide traffic and cost estimates.
- Experience creating campaigns across multiple locations, geographies and lines of business.
- Understanding of how campaigns should map through to relevant, conversion-focused landing pages at scale.
- Ability to provide detailed optimisation recommendations based on account performance.
- Experience conducting ad copy and ad extension testing.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including their key features and how these can be effectively incorporated into campaigns.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables and charts, alongside an understanding of how to visualise data clearly.
- A strong sense of ownership over managed campaigns, with excellent attention to detail and diligence in execution.
