- Lead and nurture the team:
- Ensure comprehensive training, well-defined objectives, and a robust onboarding process, ensuring deep expertise in platforms and our strategic approaches.
- Clarify and reinforce our agency's unique selling proposition (USP) for digital activations, ensuring the entire team understands this distinction.
- Establish meticulous processes to minimize errors and accurately track all campaigns and commercials.
- Train digital team members across various disciplines to optimize resource allocation during high-demand periods.
- Cultivate relationships with key media proprietors to drive innovation across novel channels and activations.
- Future-proof ongoing activations in response to emerging industry shifts and regulations.
- Experiment with new activation strategies to gain insights within the retail/commerce domain.
- Identify potential technology partners essential for sustained innovation and the delivery of valuable tech solutions.
- Background in media agencies, publishers, or marketing teams.
- Demonstrated proactive leadership in digital media operations within performance marketing. Previous exposure to Programmatic and/or Paid Social media operations/trading is essential. Familiarity with PPC/Amazon is advantageous.
- Proven experience coaching and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Track record of driving business growth in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Robust business acumen, adept at seamlessly merging data and financial reporting.
