Enablement Specialist – Adobe Analytics / AEP – Global Analytics Consultancy – Europe / Remote – up to 75,000€ + Bonus + Benefits

The Role

This role suits someone who enjoys freedom, responsibility and ownership. You'll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and confident handling client-facing situations.

Enablement Specialists manage multifaceted client projects and develop a strong working understanding of all analytics consultancy services, with a primary focus on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) implementation.

You will act as the primary interface for clients, running delivery across agreed workstreams and ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Implementation

• Creating requirements and solution design documentation for Adobe Analytics and Adobe RTCDP implementations.
• Building implementation and deployment plans across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Configuring Adobe Analytics (RSIDs, report suites, processing rules, classifications and reporting structures).
• Supporting Adobe RTCDP implementation, including schema design, identity resolution, data ingestion, audience creation, governance and activation planning.
• Working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to ensure customer data is collected, structured and made available for downstream activation.
• Managing implementation delivery with internal teams, developers and client stakeholders.
• Supporting QA and validation across Adobe Analytics, RTCDP and related Experience Cloud implementations.
• Creating segments, calculated metrics, dashboards and reporting to enable business insight and decision making.

Data Activation & Optimisation

• Supporting Adobe RTCDP audience strategy and activation across digital marketing channels.
• Working with clients to define customer segmentation, audience management and real-time activation use cases.
• Supporting CRO and personalisation programmes through Adobe Target and broader Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Researching client data, competitors, UX insights and AI-powered customer experience tools.
• Scoping and overseeing experimentation, audience activation and test execution.
• Turning test results and customer insights into clear recommendations for optimisation.
• Supporting quarterly business reviews with compelling narratives and measurable business outcomes.

Wider Contribution

• Collaborating across analytics, customer data and digital experience workstreams.
• Supporting digital experience strategy, customer data platform initiatives and technology selection.
• Providing client training across Adobe Analytics, Adobe RTCDP and related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Acting as a subject matter expert within Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe RTCDP, sharing best practice across the consultancy.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' hands-on Adobe Analytics implementation experience, including extensive use of Admin functions, Report Suites (RSIDs), classifications, processing rules and Workspace reporting.
• Hands-on Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) implementation experience, including schemas, identities, datasets, audience creation, governance, destinations and activation.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and integrating customer data for reporting and activation.
• Ability to support clients across workstreams spanning Data Collection, Customer Data Platforms and Data Activation.
• Understanding of customer identity, audience management and activation strategies.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and presentation creation.
• Proactive by default.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent task management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative consultancy environment.
