- Data layer strategy, design and implementation
- Tag management strategy, deployment and maintenance

The Role
This role suits someone who enjoys freedom, responsibility and ownership. You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and confident handling client-facing situations.
Enablement Specialists manage multifaceted client projects and develop a strong working understanding of all analytics consultancy services, with a primary focus on Adobe Analytics implementation.
You will act as the primary interface for clients, running delivery across agreed workstreams and ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Implementation:
- Creating requirements and solution design documentation
- Building implementation and deployment plans
- Adobe Analytics configuration (RSIDs, activities, reporting structures)
- Managing implementation delivery with internal teams, developers, and client stakeholders
- Supporting QA to ensure the highest delivery standards
- Creating segments, calculated metrics, dashboards and reporting
Data Activation & Optimisation:
- Supporting CRO and personalisation programmes
- Researching client data, competitors, UX insights and AI CX tools
- Scoping and overseeing test execution and evaluation
- Turning test results into clear insights and recommendations
- Supporting quarterly reviews with compelling narratives for change
Wider Contribution:
- Cross-channel collaboration where beneficial
- Supporting digital experience strategy and tool selection
- Providing client training based on your core technical expertise
- Acting as a subject matter expert within one core service area
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of Adobe Analytics implementation, including extensive use of admin functions & reporting
- Ability to support clients across workstreams that span Data Collection AND Data Activation
- Proficient in Google / Microsoft Office tools, inc. spreadsheets and slide decks
- Proactive by default
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & presentation material + delivery
- Excellent task management skills & comfort triaging a long task list
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment
