Enablement Specialist – GA4- Remote – UK – Up to £50k + Bonus

Skills required:

  • 2+ years digital analytics experience
  • 2+ years Google Analytics (inc GA4 experience)
  • 1+ years working in a client facing role
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the overall day-to-day operations for those clients across the Data Collection service strand. This will require you to be a very organised and process driven individual to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and keep several projects at different stages moving forward.
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements.
  • Manage the delivery of tasks related to the client’s data collection requirements including:
  • Building reporting capability plans
  • Building implementation plans
  • Configuring the Properties/Views within the digital analytics tool
  • Working with internal and external developers to ensure the data layer is deployed as per implementation plans
  • Working with internal and external developers to ensure the digital analytics tools is deployed and functioning as per implementation plans
  • Creating segments, dashboards and validation reports to ensure the digital analytics tool delivers against the original requirements
  • Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time
  • Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage
