Martech Solution Architect – Global Analytics Consulting Company – Adobe – UK / Remote – £70,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits ( Can be a Temp to Perm or Straight to Permanent Hire )

Our client is an expanding analytics consulting company which has enjoyed 30% YOY growth for the last three years and has a highly experienced team providing digital experience enablement services to their partners. They punch well above their weight working with highly reputable global organisations, always striving to go beyond client expectations. They are recognised as leaders in the industry. 

Their mission is to become recognised world leaders across their entire service portfolio, and they have a serious plan to get there, across Europe and North America. They are now seeking a Martech Solution Architect to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Martech advisor within the client stakeholder system, supporting the design and implementation of customer journey optimisation strategies.
• Lead solution design across TMS, Analytics, CRO/Personalisation, and CDP tools  ensuring specifications are aligned with business goals
• Collaborate closely with developers to deliver technical implementations based on your solution designs.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business benefits for stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and integration of Martech tools to optimise media spend ROI and customer experiences.
• Contribute long-term expertise to my clients consulting practice after the client engagement, supporting wider digital transformation initiatives.

Experience Required

• Six years knowledge working with Adobe Martech solutions with in depth knowledge of tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, Marketo Engage
• Experience leading solution design projects and collaborating with developers to bring technical implementations to life.
• Background in Martech solution delivery, ideally from both agency and client-side environments.
• Knowledge of Tag Management Systems, Analytics platforms, CRO/Personalisation tools, and CDPs.
• Proven experience applying these tools to optimise customer journeys and maximise media spend ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
