• Lead and inspire a team of advertising professionals, ensuring their success.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources for optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in digital advertising.
• Maintain relationships with partners and agencies.
• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Leadership team.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, DV360, and programmatic tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Proven success in managing large budgets and achieving strong ROI.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
