Overview
As an Account Executive at this upcoming adtech, you will be responsible for creating new customer relationships and making sure that our clients are happy with our services. You will work closely with the ad operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that campaigns are running smoothly and will be responsible for showcasing our value to clients. As the relationship owner, you will cultivate new client relationships and identify new opportunities. General Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the entire sales process with new clients and ensure that client expectations are met across all media campaigns
- Create media plans, including procuring the information required to complete the media plan, such as inventory availability, targeting data and production costs
- Work with client to ensure campaign KPI alignment and present insights and reports to clients
- Build client relationships, proactively solve business problems, and be the main point of contact for new prospective clients
- Work with ad operations team to ensure performance and delivery of campaignsAct as client liaison and advocate within the organization, bringing new product ideas or improvements to light as they affect our customers
- Work with the marketing team to develop client-specific assets and distribute campaign news within the organization
- Develop and grow a book of business that will drive long term revenue growth with new clients
- Work with the sales team on RFPs to provide proposal ideas and inventory solutions that best meet the client expectations and proposal objectives while maintaining pricing integrity and inventory package strategy
- Produce sales proposals in order management system leveraging yield tools required (includes the creation of client presentations)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales marketing, consulting, or media, with a focus on healthcare / pharma industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ad networks, premium publishers, or DSPs.
- Experience in online media buying and selling processes and a good understanding of the ecosystem
- Track record of successful strategic and analytical sales approachStrong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting both internally and externally
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate sound judgment in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent relationship skills and intellectual curiosity
- Expertise in cross channel media tools (e.g., ComScore @ plan, SRDS, DoubleClick, etc.)
