Programmatic Account Manager – Remote – Leading Healthcare Adtech US


About the Role We are looking for an Account Manager, Programmatic who will be the assigned point of contact for their assigned clients. As the Account Manager, Programmatic you will focus on cultivating relationships with your clients to effectively manage their expectations, showcase the value of our services and keep them happy! This role will also utilize your programmatic trading knowledge to identify new opportunities and sell further into organizations we already work with.   • Handle the entire post-sale process with new and existing clients, serving as the main point of contact
  • Build client relationships to ensure their expectations are met across all media campaigns and proactively solve client business problems
  • Create media plans, including procuring the information required to complete the media plan, such as inventory availability, targeting data and production costs
  • Develop account strategies to drive long term revenue growth with existing clients, develop requests for proposal responses and programs and drive upfront growth for overall business
  • Build, traffic, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns in Demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • Continually evaluate programmatic strategies on accounts, identifying and testing account growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with ad operations team to ensure performance and delivery of campaigns
  • Partner with sales team to ensure campaign KPI alignment
  • Work with marketing team to develop client-specific assets and distribute campaign news within the organization
  • Provide advanced insights to implement and to shape the performance of the campaigns
  • Maintain knowledge of ad technology buying platforms and analytics tools
  Experience Required
  • You have experience in online media buying and selling processes with a good understanding of the ecosystem
  • You have experience working with digital advertising agencies or brands
  • You enjoy the strategic aspects of programmatic trading along with engaging with clients and managing their expectations
  • You’re able to understand complex technologies and convey them in an easy-to-understand manner
  • You’re detail-oriented and highly motivated to deliver results
  • You’re effectively able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment, ensuring all deliverables are on time and of high quality
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising sales marketing, consulting, or media, with a focus on the programmatic landscape
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic
  • Experience in account management and client presentations
  • Great written and oral communication skills
