Programmatic Supervisor – Boutique advertising agency – $100,000-$110,000 – US / Hybrid
Overview
The Programmatic Supervisor is responsible for leading the success of clients’ online marketing programs by providing thought leadership on Programmatic strategies and optimization. They build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal team members. Collaborates closely with Analytics and Social Leads to improve cross-team functionality and strategies. The MM is analytical and uses problem solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead programmatic team, establish processes, and organize team structure
- Create client-facing collateral for media planning teams
- Oversee Programmatic account strategies, collaborate with teams, and delegate responsibilities
- Integrate optimization best practices and articulate performance rationale
- Strategize and execute DSP campaigns (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360)
- Collaborate with analytics team for insights using Google Data Studio, Tableau
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing for accounts
- Analyze key metrics for performance improvement recommendations
- Keep management informed of client opportunities and risks
- Develop and document best practices for operational efficiencies
- Report to the Programmatic Director and mentor Programmatic Traders
