Your Role:

As a Senior Ad Sales Manager for the DACH region (m/f/d/x), you will take charge of the complete customer journey, commencing from the initial engagement to nurturing key accounts. This role offers you the chance to be a trailblazer in a swiftly expanding industry. Your responsibilities include:

  • Introducing and establishing our presence in the DACH region
  • Prospecting and offering support to both existing agency clients and direct customers
  • Concentrating on clients' performance objectives, recognizing collaborative potential, and offering counsel on adopting our solutions and KPIs to execute successful campaigns collaboratively
  • Working closely with the campaign delivery team, overseeing client communication, and ensuring campaign success
  • Documenting all sales undertakings in our internal CRM system
  • As a representative of our brand, you'll also motivate others through various channels such as social media, conferences, industry events, and direct interactions with agency and brand leaders.

Your Qualifications:

  • Profound communication skills coupled with a fever ad sales
  • A minimum of 4 years experience within marketing or agency operations, with a well-established network
  • Genuine enthusiasm for and knowledge of digital advertising, showcasing prowess in performance sales
  • A dedicated team player, thriving in cross-functional collaboration to guarantee campaign success and sustained client engagement
  • Adept at maintaining composure under pressure, skilled in prioritization
  • Embracing feedback, coupled with a curiosity and inclination for continuous contribution, development, and embracing novel challenges.
