Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineering Lead – $280,000 – $290,000 – Dallas, Texas

We’re looking for a Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of scalable, AI-driven solutions that transform businesses.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Development Lifecycle – Oversee Agile and DevOps processes, ensuring best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and SCRUM facilitation using JIRA/ADO.
• Architect & Scale AI Solutions – Design and implement AI-powered applications, leading POCs and pilots to solve complex business challenges.
• Full-Stack Mastery – Work across diverse tech stacks, including cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS), modern Web UI frameworks (React, Angular), backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python), and database integrations.
• Optimize AI Models & Deployment – Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine models, monitor performance, and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Azure DevOps.
• Innovate & Stay Ahead – Research emerging AI trends, ensuring ethical AI design, fairness, and seamless enterprise integration.
• Drive Technical Excellence – Maintain high-quality documentation, establish technical standards, and evaluate emerging technologies with architects and product managers.
• Mentor & Lead – Guide and inspire technical teams (onshore/offshore), fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years leading enterprise software development in Agile Scrum environments.
• Strong Full-Stack expertise, including modern UI frameworks (React, Angular) and backend services (Java, Spring MVC, Python).
• Cloud & DevOps Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Ansible, Git.
• Proven AI Experience – Expertise in GenAI, machine learning, and NLP frameworks (RAG, TensorFlow, PyTorch), with at least 2 years in an AI leadership role.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship – Ability to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive AI/ML innovation.
• Strong Communication & Documentation Skills – Familiarity with Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio for technical documentation and architectural planning.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
• Ability to travel as required.
