Senior Paid Media Manager – Leading Digital Performance Marketing Agency – Central London / Hybrid – £50,000 – £65,000

Overview

My client is looking for a Sr Manager, Paid Media to plan, build, and execute integrated digital media programs for their key clients. You'll lead a team of talented media executives to deliver core client programs that encompass all critical digital paid media channels, and work closely with clients to continually optimize performance and drive growth.

What We Get

A seasoned pro with 6+ years of hands-on digital performance media experience (including paid search, paid social, and programmatic display and OLV in particular) with a proven track record of regularly and consistently over-delivering on client campaigns.
  • Must have multi-channel e-commerce/retail experience (including running and/or supporting shopping and PMax campaigns).
  • Ability to build campaign structures that follow client’s business needs and search best practice.
  • Ability to pull reports and provide insights and observations on campaign performance at a high level.
  • Ability to create full-funnel campaigns that are mapped through to conversion and optimized to deliver KPIs.
  • Ability to analyse multiple data sets and identify insights and opportunities for testing and optimization (including exporting to Excel, performing VLookups, creating Pivot Tables and charts). As well as a solid understanding of how to visualize data for ease of comprehension.
  • Most importantly, a sense of ownership over your managed campaigns, impeccable attention to detail and diligence in execution.
  • A tech-savvy thinker who has exceptional expertise in digital media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Campaign Manager 360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio), and bid management platforms (Adobe Media Optimizer, DV360) and the certifications to prove it!
  • An effective leader, capable of managing workloads and responsibilities across team members and inspiring others towards the achievement of client tasks and business goals.An exceptional communicator who understands how to distil a message to its key points and has the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
  • A team player – someone who thrives in a collaborative working environment and champions a culture of collective performance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the client-facing digital media authority on key projects, campaigns and platforms.
  • Work closely with account service teams to consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Lead and coach members of the digital media team, providing critical QA support, guidance and learning & development opportunities.
  • Lead the planning, build, and management of integrated digital media campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Monitor and manage multiple client programs as they relate to program goals and objectives.
  • Proactively expand and improve digital media efforts based on client business needs.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of paid media campaigns, as well as regular and ad-hoc reporting on campaign status to management and account service teams.
  • Support account team on client calls with technical campaign information and strategic insights.
  • Be an ambassador for the agency, providing thought-leadership for your client base, representing the company at industry events and exhibiting the agency’s values.
