Role
You will function as a Senior Tagging Specialist, responsible for the design, deployment and support of clients’ marketing technology stacks and the leveraging of those stacks towards clients’ marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the development & rollout of data warehousing projects, advanced web analytics tools and other marketing technology tools such as customer data platforms, tag management systems, marketing automation platforms
- Develop crawl-walk-run marketing technology strategies and deployment roadmaps
- Collaborating with other departments to interpret and gather business requirements and effectively translating them into technical and functional solutions
- Collaborate with business users to create solutions architecture in alignment with business need
- Support junior tag management specialists on advanced use cases which may include leveraging JavaScript
Experience Required
- Extensive marketing technology knowledge, encompassing a significant breadth of tools
- 3+ years’ experience with a marketing technology agency, marketing automation agency, and/or analytics agency
- Significant experience working with large datasets and working with query languages such as SQL
- Significant experience leveraging front-end technologies such as JavaScript in the context of marketing technology platforms
- Knowledge of tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, or Adobe Launch
- Experience interacting with clients in client-facing marketing technology roles
