They are at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way. My client is now on the lookout for the Supervisor, Media Activation.
Job Description
Our client’s, media activation team supports company accounts by building support and executing media campaigns via a global offshore delivery network to meet performance goals across a variety of channels. The support team within media activation works hand-in-hand with the agency accounts teams and clients to ensure the highest level of service and optimal processes and resource allocation, in order to deliver the expected results.
This Supervisor role will be dedicated to supporting one of the top clients. You will be responsible for account management and maximizing the results of the engagement, with a focus on activation strategy, programmatic channel leadership and the operational workflows between the client and the global offshore teams. You will serve as an escalation point for the client and the offshore teams and strong customer service skill set. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in programmatic campaign management within multiple DSPs, as well as experience of working directly with clients and agency teams.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office each week.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with the clients, global offshore teams, partners and internal teams
- Design programmatic activation strategy across platforms (with a main focus on DV360 and The Trade Desk) and present recommendations to the client
- Provide campaign recommendations and tactical guidance to the offshore teams to achieve client objectives
- Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between the client and global offshore teams
- Act as a cross-functional subject matter expert to provide an activation perspective to non-media teams
- Develop and present client deliverables and process documentation
- Identify and communicate account needs, concerns and opportunities for team development and business growth
- Project manage the development, roll-out and adoption of automated solutions and other tools
- Act as a point of escalation and facilitate feedback across all teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of biddable media experience, with a focus in programmatic
- 3+ years of activation experience and planning across various DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing capacity
- Experience collaborating with global counterparts for support
- Experience across other media channels
You will report to the Senior Vice President, Media Activation.
