UK Partnerships / Marketing Manager – Global Analytics Consultancy – Adobe – UK / Remote with Travel – £65,000 – £75,000 + up to 50% OTE + Benefits

Our client is an expanding analytics consulting company which has enjoyed 30% YOY growth for the last three years and has a highly experienced team providing digital experience enablement services to their partners. They punch well above their weight working with highly reputable global organisations, always striving to go beyond client expectations. They are recognised as leaders in the industry. 

Their mission is to become recognised world leaders across their entire service portfolio, and they have a serious plan to get there, across Europe and North America. They are now seeking a Partnerships/Marketing Manager to join their team.

Expanded Primary Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Adobe and other key technology partners to align on joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and coordinate co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility and pipeline growth.
  • Represent the company at Adobe events, partner forums, and industry conferences.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with consultants and sales teams to create compelling presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and thought-leadership content tailored to specific industries and client challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales collateral, ensuring messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with partner positioning.
  • Track the effectiveness of sales and marketing materials, refining content based on sales team and partner feedback.

Campaign & Event Management

  • Plan and execute co-branded webinars, workshops, and client-facing events in collaboration with Adobe and other partners.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to support awareness, lead generation, and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives.
  • Manage post-event analysis and reporting to ensure ROI on partnership activities.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and partner strategies to inform business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly report on partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI of marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with consulting teams to translate technical content into accessible business messaging.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps in the sales cycle and produce targeted content or campaigns to support conversion.
  • Align with product/solutions teams to ensure messaging reflects the company’s evolving capabilities and differentiators.

Expanded Experience Required

Partnership & Marketing Experience

  • 6+ years in managing technology partnerships, ideally with Adobe or similar enterprise technology vendors.
  • Experience delivering joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, and sales programs.

Industry & Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with digital analytics, customer data platform (CDP), testing, and personalisation space.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and related solutions, with the ability to articulate business value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of the broader analytics and martech landscape, including competitor technologies.

Sales Enablement Skills

  • Ability to develop impactful sales tools, such as pitch decks, client case studies, ROI calculators, and playbooks.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams to support client acquisition and revenue growth

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Background in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (events, webinars, digital campaigns, content marketing).
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to turn technical solutions into clear business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders both internally (sales, consulting, leadership) and externally (partner executives, marketing teams).
  • Comfortable leading initial conversations with technology partners about joint opportunities.

Other Desired Attributes

  • Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and partner initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring the ROI of partnership and marketing initiatives.
  • International exposure (UK, Europe, North America) and willingness to travel as needed.
