Overview
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Analytics Consulting with a strong Adobe background to lead strategic initiatives to ensure their client investments are supported by data-lead plans that assess the impact of media, brand and business outcomes. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge and data expertise, the VP drives end-to-end solutions that foster business growth.
You will manage high-level client relationships, lead new business pitches, and ensure satisfaction, while collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable ROI. You will work in partnership with the Global Adobe Alliance to identify early-stage opportunities and stay abreast of AEP innovations. You’ll also work to build long-term client partnerships and develop new service offerings, foster innovation by staying on top of tech trends, and represent the firm as an industry thought leader through white papers, conferences, and panels. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, client management, innovation, and strong market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Science, Tech, and Consulting or the Global Adobe Alliance, including the creation of presentations, case studies, white papers and custom demos.
- Collaborate very closely with Adobe’s Account Executives, Product Marketing Team and Partner Team to ensure alignment on solution designs for existing and prospect clients.
- Craft strategies to differentiate the group in a competitive tech landscape, leveraging the company's strengths to win new business and retain key clients.
- Collaborate with clients to identify technological challenges and opportunities, developing customized solutions that drive success and deliver measurable ROI.
- Drive innovation by ensuring the firm stays ahead of emerging tech trends, implementing them for clients and within internal processes, while encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Lead new business efforts, prospecting for potential opportunities in local and broader markets as needed.
- Build strong relationships with key company stakeholders to promote market offerings, drive organic growth, and strengthen company client relationships.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement new analytical methodologies that drive revenue growth through consulting projects and engagements.
- Lead organizational change in alignment with the department’s vision and overall company goals.
- Oversee the financial health of your consulting portfolio, including managing budgets, setting revenue goals, and handling profit and loss.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop tools and services, such as modeling, dashboards, decision aids, and business case analysis, to support programs and provide actionable client recommendations.
- Lead major data transformation initiatives, helping clients integrate technologies like AI, automation, and data analytics into their operations.
- Guide clients through organizational change, from planning to implementing new systems and platforms.
What You’ll Need/Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, data science, and advanced analytics.
- Proven ability to sell data solutions and drive new business pitches.
- Strong relationships within the Adobe ecosystem (specifically with their data products).
- Extensive experience in Media/Advertising agencies or consulting firms, with a strong focus on the digital space.
- Expertise in applying cutting-edge analytics techniques to solve business problems and leverage external insights.
- Skilled at translating data into actionable insights that uncover customer needs and behavioral drivers.
- Strong understanding of how raw data impacts business and translating technical insights into strategic, actionable plans.
- Ability to tell a compelling, understandable story from data, simplifying complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Acts as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and solutions that drive real business impact, not just as a service provider.
- Works effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with consultants, data scientists, engineers, and business leaders.
- Ability to understand clients' industries, business models, and strategic goals to tailor data solutions that deliver high-value outcomes.
- Recognizes the financial impact of data-driven initiatives, ensuring projects solve technical problems and contribute measurable business value
- Solid understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and ethical considerations in handling sensitive customer data.
