Entering its 35th year of celebration, Black History Month 2022 UK runs throughout the month of October. The theme for this year’s Black History Month (BHM) is Time for Change: Actions not words. Richard Manso, Founder and Managing Director of Digital Republic Talent, talks about why it is important to celebrate BHM and the evolution he has experienced across his 25-year career in the digital and recruitment sector.
