The Role (Conversion Optimisation Manager)

We want to have a real impact on the user experience of millions of people? My client is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to join our high performing Marketing team. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and business teams both in the UK and Gibraltar to challenge the status quo, innovate and ensure seamless and connected customer-centric journeys. You will help contribute to the successful delivery of the overall Strategic Marketing Plan for all brands in the group. Main duties

  • Lead on A/B testing and Personalisation strategy approved by the business in Gibraltar
  • Develop and manage a ‘data-driven’ A/B testing and Personalisation roadmap
  • Regularly identify and act on growth and optimisation opportunities across online and offline touchpoints
  • Deliver results in-line with business targets and metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, Revenue
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of A/B testing and Personalisation programmes from ideation to “go live” and test analysis
  • Set up dashboards and reports to regularly provide insights on performance to stakeholders of all levels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Carry out regular quantitative and qualitative research using surveys, polls, heatmaps and recordings to understand customer behaviour and pain points
  • Co-lead customer journey mapping, user experience audits, customer journey redesign, new product launch and other projects related to Customer Experience
  • Work closely with compliance, designers, and developers to ensure the timely delivery of A/B testing and Customer Experience initiatives
  • Work closely with Marketing, IT, Customer Service and Compliance to carry out customer experience improvements, experimentation, and personalisation

Skills and experience required:

  • 5+ years of experience in A/B testing & Experimentation, Customer Experience, or related fields
  • Strong experience in managing, planning, and delivering A/B testing, MVT and personalisation programmes
  • Experience in a digital setting with a strong appreciation for what makes a good customer experience and UX principles
  • Proficient user of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytical platforms
  • Some understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Event Tracking
  • Communication skills – Confident with a collaborative working style, being able to interface with people of all levels
  • An entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to make fast decisions in an ever-changing environment to stay ahead of time and anticipate future trends
  • Self-organisation with the ability to champion in a fast-paced work environment

Salary:

  • Impressive basic
