A Junior Client Enablement Lead is needed to join a rapidly growing, highly experienced team.

Providing support digital experience enablement services, they also have an impressive

client roster working with some of the world’s leading brands.

They are looking for an individual that wants to be a part of an energetic team, a curious

individual that shares their enthusiasm for understanding. They guide their clients onto a digital maturity path to ensure they get the greatest value from their data set.

The Junior Client Enablement Lead role will be familiar with the following:

• Initial level of responsibility for client communication calibrated around your competence & confidence.
• An accelerated & well formed progression plan - expecting near-term promotion & transformative personal growth.
• Manage the client delivery of tasks related predominantly to Data Collection:

-Building implementation/deployment plans

-Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time

-Creating segments, calculated metrics and performance dashboards to ensure all reporting requirements are met

-Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage

What experience skills are required for the Junior Client Enablement Lead:

• 1+ years experience using Adobe technology: Adobe Analytics or Adobe Launch
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent task management skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
