We're hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead AI innovation for a global agency at the cutting edge of text-based LLM applications, content generation, and AI-driven audience insights. You’ll work closely with PhD-level researchers, award-winning media teams, and creatives to develop tools that reshape how brands launch campaigns, analyze audiences, and optimize performance, from chat-based assistants and content generators to persona builders and real-time reporting engines.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building generative AI tools using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open source)
• Experimenting with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and automation frameworks
• Leading high-impact projects and mentoring junior scientists in GenAI techniques
• Working cross-functionally with product, media, and engineering teams
• Translating cutting-edge research into production-grade solutions

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of data science experience, with recent focus on Generative AI or NLP
• Hands-on experience deploying solutions with LLM APIs and open-source models
• Strong Python and SQL skills; version control and cloud infrastructure familiarity
• Excellent problem-solving ability and the drive to bring AI ideas into real use cases
• Bonus if you’ve applied GenAI in marketing, adtech, or content automation environments
