Senior Enablement Lead (Analytics, CRO & Personalisation) – London / Hybrid (1 Day On-site) – Competitive Package + Bonus + Bens

Overview

Our client, a UK based Analytics Consultancy who provide digital experience enablement services to our clients, are looking for a Senior Enablement Lead who shares our enthusiasm to support clients to build a single customer view and integrate that with customer activation platforms or other data platforms for analysis.

While Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics is the core technology within this role, the Client Enablement Leads typically manage multifaceted projects and must have a good working understanding of all  services. 

The Role

In this role you will report to the Head of Enablement Team, who will support you on all client tasks and ensure you’re getting the best possible support from the team to deliver for your clients & accelerate your career. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Being the primary interface for their clients running their workstreams as per six core services listed above. They predominantly support those services via Adobe technology (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign), with Google-stack clients managed by a mostly distinct wing of the business.

  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on measurement, optimisation, and activation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve client data maturity and support the Client Services Director and the client on their digital experience strategy and tool selection
  • Delivering training support to your clients based on your advanced capabilities/experience of the core tools we use
  • Data Collection: working closely with Enablement Specialists and developers, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of data collection initiatives, ensuring solutions align with client business objectives by:
  • Creating and reviewing requirements documentation 
  • Reviewing and supporting solution reference designs, implementation plans, and QA processes 
  • Supporting the configuration of analytics tools (Report Suites, Target Activities etc) 
  • Coordinating the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time 
  • Supporting the delivery team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard 
  • Creating segments, calculated metrics and performance dashboards to ensure all reporting requirements are met
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in Adobe Analytics and or Customer Journey Analytics implementation  

Data Activation and Optimisation: working closely with clients, Enablement Specialists, and developers, you will lead data activation and optimisation initiatives that improve customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes by: 

  • Leading experimentation and optimisation programmes for clients 
  • Supporting the design, prioritisation, and delivery of A/B tests and personalisation activities 
  • Supporting personalisation strategy, execution, and measurement initiatives 
  • Helping clients design and optimise omni-channel customer journeys and activation programmes 
  • Analysing test results, and provide recommendations to improve customer experiences and business outcomes

Your ESSENTIAL skills and experience

Technical 
  • 5+ years Adobe Analytics, including extensive use of admin functions & Workspaces (additional 1+ years Adobe Customer Journey Analytics supporting use-cases for implementing journeys across platforms and channels preferred) 
  • Ability to support clients across workstreams that span Data Collection AND Data Activation 
  • Proficient in google / Microsoft office tools inc. spreadsheets and slide decks

Salary and benefits 

We will offer a highly competitive salary – £68,000 - £80,000, depending on experience + bonus
