Overview

My client, an expanding and very cool analytics consultancy, is looking for a Digital Analytics Client Lead to join their team and play an important part in their superb working environment. The successful candidate will work across several clients, focussing on understanding of clients needs and processes, to deliver implementations, migrations and synthesize requirements, user stories and other documentation to ensure the successful delivery of complex multi-faceted projects. Role Scope Driving the overall direction for the clients you are responsible for across the Data Activation or Collection service strands. Being the primary interface for our clients running their workstreams as per 6 core services listed above. We predominantly support those services via Adobe technology: Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch. Ensuring all client requirements are understood, documented and validated, drawing on your experience to help define requirements. Manage the client delivery of tasks related predominantly to Data Collection:

Creating requirements documentation
Creating detailed solution design reference documents
Building implementation/deployment plans
Configuring the tools (RSIDs, Activities etc)
Working with the internal and external team members to manage the implementation process
Working with the internal team members and client stakeholders to ensure all parties are completing their tasks to achieve the overall deliverable on time
Supporting the development team to ensure QA is completed to the highest standard
Creating segments, calculated metrics and performance dashboards to ensure all reporting requirements are met
Proactively engaging with clients to continually enhance data collection and usage

Your skills and experience:

Between 2- -5 years Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, Tealium, DTM or GTM experience
2 -5 years managing client accounts
1-3 years implementation experience
Excellent client communication skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
