Our award winning agency that has been going for 6 years now, they specialise in translating data into usable insight to inform business strategy, drive sales and give you maximum ROI on your marketing and analytics spend. In addition to insight delivery they provide all types of data strategy and support – from deep-dive insight and predictive modelling to bespoke training and team set-up.
They are based within Central London and have small team with a real family feel, they are growing rapidly and now looking for Multichannel Analysts that can add value to the business and really drive the business goals.
The Role
The Multichannel Analyst role will be the subject matter expert in the following:
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Web Analytics Experience of 1 to 2 years
- Highly proficient with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Similar
- Technical expertise – Implementation
- Contributes to team development and performance
- Potential management of junior analyst/s on accounts worked
- Identifying client objectives and advising on suitable measurement strategies, including the setup and configuration of tag management systems, analytics tags and other data capture tools (hands-on implementation experience required for tag management systems and analytics solutions, including testing and troubleshooting, at an advanced level)
- Developing custom marketing dashboards for client
- The Multichannel Analyst will have to report on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available web analytics data and data from other sources
- Analysing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth
- Analysing online user behaviour
- Providing consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
- Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues
- Performing ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimisation consultancies for clients
What skills are required for the Multichannel Analyst role
- 1 plus year experience in similar roles as Multichannel Analyst, Web Analyst, Digital Analyst or similar
- Educate clients and analyst and share knowledge with the wider team
- Recognized as the go to person for all technical issues
- Capable of tag management, analytics, tracking, measuring, testing and reporting
- Use of Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager or similar would be desirable
- Highly influential and build strong relationships
- Strong commercial acumen
- Develop clear actionable plans and resolve problems
- Proficient with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Webtrends
- Strong proficiency of the entire Microsoft suite excel, word and powerpoint
- Capable of identifying strategic and tactical marketing objectives
- Planning and implementation at an advanced level
- Analyzing and measuring online marketing campaigns
- Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
