Our well celebrated and global client has been operating for 13 years and on the lookout for an Optimisation Analyst (CRO Manager). The purpose of this role is to drive the optimisation of the companies online services and products, working as part of the Data and Insights team.
Looking for an Optimisation Analyst (CRO Manager)
In this exciting new opportunity we are looking for someone who is passionate about click through rates, online customer journeys, conversion metrics and data-driven decision-making. Someone who is able to transform detailed analysis into practical insights and recommended actions for key stakeholders, helping them to deliver measurable business benefits and informing decisions regarding new products and services.
What skills are required for the Optimisation Analyst (CRO Manager) role:
- Proven track record in delivering optimisation of online products and services, with a demonstrable improvement in customer and business KPIs
- Experience of A/B and multivariate testing platforms (Optimizely/Adobe Target) and user behavior monitoring data including hypothesis building
- Strong Conversion Rate Optimisation experience, including insight into either retail financial services or retail conversion best practice
- Statistical analysis and report writing
- Ability to manage multiple experiments in a fast-paced, multi-product business
- Experience of working with UX and analyzing online user behavior
- Hands on experience with digital analytics (Adobe Site catalyst a bonus) and business intelligence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to translate complex information and data into succinct ideas and impactful storytelling
- Commercially aware
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS is desirable
